Joanne Brooks-Kinder is a European OEM Sales Manager working with Emerging Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in Hydrogen, Gas Fueling (including LPG, CNG, cryogenic fueling, bio fueling, dispensers, and vehicles), Recycling & Renewables (including CCUS, waste-to-energy, waste-to-plastic, biogas, biofuels, wastes mining, wind and other renewable power), Metals & Mining (including battery metals, green metals). OEMs produce essential technology via modular and connected equipment and also transform traditional industries, hinging on accurate, reliable, and “smart” measurement devices embedded in technological equipment for remote process control, optimization, and predictive diagnostics.
Joanne’s previous role involved exclusive consultation with Net Zero and Renewables OEMs. She provided comprehensive support, from the early-stage prototype and redesigns up to mass production of Electrolyzers, Hydrogen Fuel Cells, Ammonia Cracking, Carbon Capture, and equipment for Hydrogen Filling stations. Her expertise, honed over 60 years of Emerson’s history working with Hydrogen, and the company’s capabilities are showing the development of the HPC high-accuracy Coriolis meter. Joanne’s key responsibility was to help customers select the most appropriate technology for measurement and control, ensuring Emerson’s response aligned perfectly with the customer’s supply chain needs and processes. She now leads a Hydrogen-renewable sales team, continuing this invaluable work. Joanne’s academic background includes a Law (LLB) degree from Nottingham in 2006 and a Business Masters (LLM) from UCL in 2007, and she is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Cranfield University, which is due to graduate in 2024.
